The “EM” brings new forming capabilities to the plant, as well as increasing part precision, capacity and delivery capabilities. The unit produces a finer initial finish, reducing scratches and surface imperfections. It also eliminates slug problems, while air-blow-tooling reduces sliver and slug marks.  GTR production engineers chose the unit for all those reasons and more, least of which is the larger table size. Stock up to 60”x96” can be used, meaning more production time before reposition.
